We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original packaging and resellable condition with original tags attached. Upon the delivery of the returned item(s), an inspection of the item(s) will take place. If the item(s) is deemed to be in accordance with the aforementioned return policy conditions, a full store credit will be given. The credit can be applied toward a new purchase of any in-stock merchandise. The customer has 30 days from the date of return to use the store credit in its entirety.
If an item is damaged upon customer delivery, the customer will receive a full refund. Please note that damages must be a result of the manufacturer or vendor, not USPS error. Proof of damage can be sent via email to Customer Service at email@example.com
A refund of payment will be credited to the customer using the original method of payment. Refunds will be given 5-7 business days from the accepted return. Each customer's banking statement reflecting the refund will vary per institution. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
